MobileMe supersedes .Mac, which was Apple’s previous suite of online tools.  Touted as “Exchange for the rest of us,” which may mean nothing to most of the public, MobileMe will feature enterprise-level push technology.  We think it will be kind of cool, especially the demos of the AJAX-laden, Web-based interfaces.

UPDATE: it seems the control panel upgrade was made available for some users, then suddenly disappeared for other users.  Perhaps it’s still being implemented.  Watch this space for more information.
